Program Offerings

Mindful Living

Each of us goes through moments of highs and lows in our lives. Riding these waves in healthy ways is key to keeping ourselves regulated amidst internal and external noise in a kind and loving way. Meeting once a week for 8 weeks followed by bi-weekly check-in sessions for another 8 weeks, this 4-month program will integrate coaching and Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices as tools for creating a more present and positive way of life during stressful or difficult times.

The Rooted Child

With so many changes and pressures within and around them, our youth has never been more vulnerable than they are today. In this course designed to meet once a week during a 8-week period, children from ages 5 to 12 will be introduced to age-appropriate Mindfulness and Self-Compassion practices and guided meditation that will help them self-regulate emotions, triggers, and excess energy through mindfulness.
